Sunniva joined Crowe's consulting group in 2023, and she holds a BA in International Relations from Queen’s University Belfast and an MSc in Environmental Governance from the University of Oxford.
At Crowe, Sunniva specialises in ESG advisory and has worked to develop our ESG service offering. She supports organisations in understanding their reporting obligations, developing robust ESG strategies and delivering stakeholder-informed ambition-setting. Her work includes internal audits of ESG, climate and sustainability practices, as well as strategic and operational planning to address emerging challenges and opportunities. Sunniva also delivers ESG training and webinars on topics such as CSRD, VSME and GRI, and provides policy review and development support to help organisations strengthen their ESG foundations.
Sunniva previously worked for the British Red Cross as the Emergency Response Assistant for Northern Ireland. There she worked closely with the Executive office in supporting emergency services. During her time at University, Sunniva held several positions within her school, including Student Ambassador and Course Representative.
