Saien Pather is a Senior Manager in Crowe's Risk Consulting practice with extensive experience delivering internal audit, governance and risk management services in Ireland and South Africa. Originally from South Africa and now based in Ireland, he brings an international perspective to helping organisations strengthen governance, manage risk and enhance organisational performance.

He works closely with boards, audit and risk committees, and executive leadership teams to provide independent assurance over strategic, operational, financial and regulatory risks. His experience spans the design and delivery of risk-based assurance programmes, governance reviews and internal audit engagements, helping organisations enhance resilience, strengthen controls and support informed decision-making.
