Vanya is an associate director in the firm's consulting department, having worked in consulting in Crowe since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from DCU in 1994 and was awarded a Master of Public Policy degree from UCD in 2016. Prior to working in Crowe, Vanya worked in enterprise support.
Vanya has delivered key projects for clients in the healthcare, justice, education, and regulatory sectors, although her experience encompasses many other government and charity sector clients.
Her consulting work for public sector and not-for-profit clients includes strategic planning and review, organisation structures and workforce planning, policy research, consultations, surveys, and analysis. For Vanya, successful client relationships are key to delivering the right results, enabling Crowe to fully understand client needs and expectations. Vanya focuses on providing useful and informative insights through engagement, research, and analysis, to support clients with key decision-making to improve outcomes.
Vanya lives near the sea in Dublin with her husband and three children. She enjoys baking and regularly contributes cupcakes to the Crowe kitchen for special occasions!
