He has extensive experience in M&A tax, Revenue audits, corporate reorganisations, and corporation tax compliance. Philip regularly advises clients on the tax implications of restructuring, due diligence processes, and the management of tax risks, helping them navigate both technical issues and practical challenges.
A Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). Philip brings over 20 years of experience spanning audit, accounting, and tax. His multidisciplinary background gives him a strong commercial perspective and an ability to deliver clear, practical solutions to clients.
