Hugh is a Consulting Director, working in our Strategy and Transformation Team. He received a BA in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 2008, before working in the further and higher education sectors for a number of years. In 2012 he received an MA in International Higher Education from the University of Nottingham. Hugh began working in management consulting in 2013, supporting policy and strategy development for agencies, institutions and representative bodies prior to joining Crowe in 2018.
Hugh leads our Strategy and Transformation work, building the capability, quality and effectiveness of organisations (most often in the public service). Through analysis and evaluation of organisations, their systems and processes Hugh develops solutions to help clients drive and respond to social and economic change, technological development and innovation, legislative and regulatory developments and other global forces.
