Damian leads the firm’s IT function, developing and executing technology strategy to support business objectives, drive innovation, identify emerging technologies, and modernise IT services across the business.
He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT sector. Damian maintains a strong focus on the rapidly evolving technology landscape, particularly the practical and responsible application of artificial intelligence and automation. As AI adoption continues to accelerate, he is helping the firm identify, implement and govern solutions that enhance productivity, improve client service and create business value.
Damian has worked in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Jersey and Ireland across a range of industries including manufacturing, insurance and online gaming, bringing a broad international perspective to technology leadership.
Outside of work, Damian enjoys travelling, watching and playing sport, and spending time outdoors.
