Damian leads the firm’s IT function, developing and executing IT strategy and delivering business objectives through the use of technology.

He has a Bachelor of Information Technology and over 25 years’ experience in the IT sector, keeping himself up to date on the fast-paced IT landscape, with a recent focus on the rapidly evolving AI space.

A native Australian, he has worked in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Jersey and Ireland in a variety of industries including manufacturing, insurance and online gaming.

In his spare time, Damian enjoys travelling, watching and playing sport, and being outdoors.
