Since 2023, Carron has successfully managed some of our larger and more complex internal audit work, the scope of which has included process audit reviews, management verifications, and a wide sweep of risks in terms of operational, financial, strategic and reputational matters. Carron has expertise in overseeing audit teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial and operational audits, and enhancing internal controls.
She has a proven ability to provide strategic insights, mitigate risks and add value through process improvements. She ensures alignment with public sector and charity governance standards and maintaining regulatory and legislative compliance. Carron can demonstrate high levels of client satisfaction from her work and has been re-engaged by clients on numerous occasions, thanks to the quality of service which she has provided to them.
Prior to joining Crowe, Carron worked for Big 4 audit firms and multinational organisations across Ireland, the UK and the US.
