Obiajulu (Obi) is a Senior Manager within the Risk Consulting practice at Crowe, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors. Obi joined the firm in December 2022.
With her extensive experience in delivering internal audit, advisory, governance, risk management and internal financial control services within Ireland’s central Government departments, state bodies, local authorities and large not-for-profit charity organisations, Obi brings a significant level of insight, in-depth knowledge and experience to issues and challenges faced by organisations in both the public and charity sectors.
She is a leading adviser to audit committees, boards and heads of internal audit on the quality of their internal audit function through the External Quality Assessment (EQA) programmes and has successfully led and delivered on numerous EQAs for the public sector bodies and departments. Obi works closely with boards, audit committees, and senior management team to provide independent assurance over strategic, operational, financial, regulatory and reputational risks.

Obi has also obtained a Certificate in Sustainability Strategy, Risk and Reporting through Chartered Accountants Ireland, and she had deployed these credentials in advising clients on their sustainability obligations, risk management, and reporting requirements on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and sustainability matters.
