Declan Hanly is a Partner in Crowe Ireland’s Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team. He advises companies, directors, lenders, creditors and individuals on restructuring, insolvency and corporate recovery matters.

Declan’s approach is focused on early engagement, clear communication and achieving the best possible outcome for all stakeholders. He supports clients through complex restructuring and insolvency processes, including business rescue options, examinership, SCARP, receivership and liquidation where appropriate.
Declan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick, a Diploma in Computing from Technological University of the Shannon, a Diploma in Corporate Finance and Certificate in Personal Insolvency from Chartered Accountants Ireland. He is also a member of Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland (RII).
