Chris is a Partner in the firm’s audit department with over 30 years’ commercial experience both within Ireland and internationally and has been with Crowe for over 20 years. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Chris manages a wide variety of client services across several sectors and works closely with clients in the hospitality, retail, engineering, energy and media sectors. He also has substantial experience in group audits and audits of financial statements prepared under IFRS. Chris is Head of Audit within Crowe Ireland.
Audit and Accountancy
Since joining the firm in 2004, Chris has practised in the Audit department, while being a key point of contact to his clients, who avail of a range of services across the firm.
Chris has extensive experience in property and business financing transactions working closely with his tax and corporate finance colleagues with clients on bank and loan facilitation, refinancing of existing facilities, and corporate/tax structuring of transactions, including for owner-manged businesses. He also advises on business valuations and commercial and contractual arrangements, and works closely with legal and other advisors in transactional support.
