Amendments to the Collective Bargaining Agreement in construction
The latest Amendments to the Collective Bargaining Agreement effective as of November 1st, 2022, introduced the following:
- The Collective Bargaining Agreement in construction is applied on all employers and employees in the construction sector;
- The coefficient system is abandoned and replaced by the increase of all basic salaries for all groups of workplaces in construction;
- A new group of workplaces for members of the management and directors of construction companies whereby a basic monthly salary must, in the minimum, amount to HRK 15,000.00 for any member of the management/ directors that is also employed with the construction company.
