Leslie has been in the human resource management profession for over 25 years. She has accomplished extensive human resource management programs on achieving excellence for multinational companies in London (England) and Hong Kong covering various industries, including commonwealth government service, banking and financial service, security service, property development and management, satellite broadcasting, higher education, and food manufacturing.

Whilst working in Hong Kong, Leslie held senior management position at Jardine Securicor, Prudential Assurance and City University of Hong Kong, and management position at Hutchison Whampoa Property and Hotel. Leslie’s expertise is in human resource audit / health check, and building and rebuilding human resource management systems including organizational restructuring, human resource planning and policies, recruitment and headhunting, remuneration system design and review, performance management, competency model, and talent retention and development.
