Yuen Lok has been involved in the accounting profession for 28 years – from his articleship in a Big 4 (1981) to the founding of Crowe Horwath in Malaysia (1990) which is currently the largest firm in Malaysia outside of the Big 4 with 9 offices, 570 staff and over 100 Public Listed Clients. Yuen Lok is presently the Regional Executive Director of Crowe Global overseeing 22 countries in the region and coordinates the development of Crowe (HK) CPA Ltd with other international offices.

Yuen Lok is also an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization, Entrepreneurs' Organization and Hospis Malaysia.
