We’d like to make your Healthcare Summit experience as enjoyable as possible, so we’ve provided some answers to frequently asked questions to help prepare you for this unique industry event. If you still have questions after reviewing the information below, please contact us.

Who?
This event is exclusively for healthcare providers—attendee organizations are comprised of not-for-profit, for-profit and public hospitals; academic medical centers; physician offices; surgery centers, etc. CEOs and CFOs, along with net revenue, finance, revenue cycle, reimbursement, and other business leaders will gain the most from the Crowe Healthcare Summit. What?

Make Healthcare Summit work for you this year. The traditional one to four days of personalized training, networking, workshopping, and fun will be available as well as unique sessions leading up to the main event. When?

The 2020 Crowe Healthcare Summit will take place September 21-24, 2020 virtually.

The 2021 Crowe Healthcare Summit will take place September 20-23, 2021 in Denver.

Where?

Virtually anywhere you are. Join a variety of Zoom, Hive Live, and webinar sessions at your convenience.

Cost?

There is no registration fee for the Healthcare Summit. The registration fee for each RCA Boot Camp and other intensive training offering is available for purchase by the hour or in packages of 4-hour, 8-hour and 16+ hour sessions.

How do I decide which sessions to attend?

Crowe RCA boot camps and other intensive training sessions will have program level indicators and recommended experience. Choose up to five breakout sessions based on attendee preferences selected during registration, pending availability.

How will I gain access to Healthcare Summit events?

The email address used to register will provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must register to receive your list of assigned sessions (paid sessions and roundtables/innovation workshops) and CPE.

How many CPE hours are available?

Attendees can traditionally earn 30+ hours of CPE credit by participating in various keynote and breakout sessions as well as paid training boot camps.

How do I pay for boot camps and intensive training sessions?

You will receive a confirmation email where you will be directed to a payment portal shortly after registering for Healthcare Summit if you have selected to attend Crowe RCA boot camps or other intensive training sessions.

What if I can't join each session live?

We encourage you to join as many live sessions as you can to take advantage of having live resources available for questions. If your schedule does not allow for that, all boot camp sessions, or paid sessions, will be available to you on demand through December.

What if I want to change my schedule?

If you would like to make changes to your schedule after you submit your registration request, please contact us at hc.summit@crowe.com. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

What if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation and refund policy for paid sessions is as follows:

  • 31 – 100 days prior to event: 0% refund/organization substitution allowed if submitted in writing to hc.summit@crowe.com
  • 0 – 30 days prior to event: 0% refund/no substitution allowed
How do I connect during Healthcare Summit?

The Crowe Healthcare Summit event app for both Apple’s App Store and Google Play for Android will be made available to all registered attendees in July. The event app will allow you to find quick information as well as receive event updates and reminders. Please follow us on Twitter to stay updated during the event and use #HCSummit to live tweet while in attendance.

Electronic Recording and Photography Policy

Portions of the Crowe Healthcare Summit may be electronically recorded by Crowe. By registering, you agree to permit audio, video, and photographic recording of your participation in summit sessions, and you authorize Crowe to use any audio, video, and photographic recordings of you at the summit in any format and for any lawful purpose, such as editorial content, publicity, illustrations, advertising, and web content. You hereby waive your right to inspect and/or approve any finished product. No individual or entity may electronically record any portion of the Crowe Healthcare Summit without the prior written consent of Crowe.

Can my company exhibit at or sponsor the Healthcare Summit?
