We’d like to make your Healthcare Summit experience as enjoyable as possible, so we’ve provided some answers to frequently asked questions to help prepare you for this unique industry event. If you still have questions after reviewing the information below, please contact us.

When is the event?

This event takes place live Sept. 20-23. However, there will be pre-and post-Summit events composing the full agenda. Please refer to your personalized agenda and mark your calendar accordingly.

Who should attend?

This event is exclusively for healthcare providers. Attendee organizations include:

  • Not-for-profit, for-profit, and children’s hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Academic medical centers
  • Physician offices
  • Surgery centers

Common attendee roles include:

  • Healthcare CEOs and CFOs
  • Net revenue, finance, revenue cycle, and reimbursement executives
  • Director- and manager-level decision-makers in healthcare finance
  • Financial analysts and other users of Crowe RCA and related solutions
How much will it cost?

Here’s a quick breakdown of the basic Summit registration costs:

Denver experience

  • Advance: $300 (July 1-July 31)
  • Standard: $350

Virtual experience

  • Advance: $200 (July 1-July 31)
  • Standard: $250

Where will the in-person event be hosted?

The Grand Hyatt Denver will host the 2021 Crowe Healthcare Summit, and the hotel is offering special rates to attendees. Visit our attendee experience page to learn more about the in-person Summit experience and safety measures for this year’s event.

What health and safety precautions will you take on-site?

We consider the safety of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and event staff to be a top priority. Accordingly, we have capped in-person attendance at the 2021 Crowe Healthcare Summit at 250 to avoid overcrowding.

Prior to the 2021 Crowe Healthcare Summit, we encourage all in-person attendees to monitor their daily health and ensure you are symptom-free before traveling to Summit.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of health and safety protocols will be required to pick up your event badge on-site.

On-site safety practices will include:

  • Acceptable face coverings required for everyone entering the building, without exception.
  • Daily self-health screenings for all attendees.
  • Signage and physical barriers to prevent clustering.
  • Reminders to stay 6 feet part, wash your hands often, cover your cough or sneeze, and stay home if you are sick.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers placed throughout venue.
  • Modified gathering areas and seating in sessions to allow for appropriate physical distancing.
  • Regularly scheduled cleanings of each area.
  • Exhibitor guidelines for booth design, cleaning procedures, and safety precautions.
  • Access to appropriate first aid personnel and info on local resources for pharmacy, urgent care, and hospital.

Event management reserves the right to remove anyone from the event if they do not follow health and safety instructions provided by event or venue staff.

How do I sign up for boot camps and other intensive training sessions?

When registering, you will have the option to add boot camp bundles to your experience of choice (Denver or Virtual). Once you’ve selected your boot camps, you will be prompted to pay via credit card to complete your registration. Any discounts or early-bird specials are applied before checkout, and all payments must be made via credit card.

How do I decide which sessions to attend?

Crowe RCA boot camps and other intensive training sessions will have program-level indicators and recommended experience. You can also choose up to four breakout sessions based on preferences during registration. Returning to the agenda this year are our networking roundtables, which should be chosen based on your organization type and role.

How can I access the sessions virtually? 

If you plan to attend this year’s Summit virtually, the email address you used to sign up will provide you access to the sessions you’ve registered for. Links to each session will be emailed to you closer to the start of the event with calendar hold attachments. Closer to the event, these links can also be found in your virtual event lobby where you can log in with your email address you registered with.

How much CPE can I earn?

Attendees can earn between 20-42 hours of CPE credit by participating in various keynote and breakout sessions as well as product training boot camps.

What if I’m attending virtually, but won’t be able to attend live?

If you’re participating remotely, we encourage you to join as many live sessions as you can to take advantage of in-person resources available for questions. 

What if I want to change my schedule?

If you would like to make changes to your schedule after you submit your registration request, please contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

What if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation and refund policy for paid sessions is as follows:

  • 31-100 days prior to event: 0% refund/organization substitution allowed if submitted in writing to [email protected]
  • 0-30 days prior to event: 0% refund/no substitution allowed
What’s your recording and photography policy?

Portions of the Crowe Healthcare Summit may be electronically recorded by Crowe. By registering, you agree to permit audio, video, and photographic recording of your participation in summit sessions, and you authorize Crowe to use any audio, video, and photographic recordings of you at the summit in any format and for any lawful purpose, such as editorial content, publicity, illustrations, advertising, and web content. You hereby waive your right to inspect and/or approve any finished product. No individual or entity may electronically record any portion of the Crowe Healthcare Summit without the prior written consent of Crowe.

Can my company sponsor Healthcare Summit?

How do I connect during Healthcare Summit?

The Crowe Healthcare Summit event app can be downloaded from both Apple’s App Store and Google Play for Android or accessed in the web version. The event app will allow you to find quick information as well as receive event updates and reminders.
