Brian Zophin

Brian Zophin is a partner in audit and assurance at Crowe LLP and a partner at Crowe Advisory LLC and leads the delivery of audit services in the Tampa Bay region.

Brian has more than 19 years of experience working with public companies and private businesses ranging from startups to entities with $1 billion in revenue. His work with clients in a wide range of industries has included providing assurance services related to:

• Public and private offerings
• Registration statements
• Employee benefit plan audits
• Agreed-upon procedures
• Internal controls

Prior to joining Crowe, Brian was a partner with a regional CPA firm.
