Event details

Work and travel information is more readily available to global tax authorities than ever before, and authorities have increased their emphasis on collecting taxes due from all sources. As a result, international and multistate business travelers may inadvertently expose their not-for-profit employers to additional payroll and other tax reporting requirements. This webinar will highlight important policies and procedures that your entity can implement to mitigate various risks of related to cross-border workers.

As a result of participating in this event, you should be able to:

  • Pinpoint various not-for-profit employer tax issues posed by individuals working across international and/or state borders
  • Identify opportunities to mitigate tax exposures for not-for-profit entities as a result of individuals working outside their "home" location
  • Understand and explain the issues from a strategic and operational perspective to other stakeholders within the organization
