On October 31, 2025, a Court order was granted naming Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all the assets, undertakings and property of Nuage Foam Inc. and 1324236 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors”) on October 31, 2025. The Companies operated out of Delta, British Columbia as foam mattress manufacturers.
The Receiver is currently offering for sale the property located at 6455 64th Street, B.C., Canada, in accordance with the Receivership Order, with NAI Commercial acting as the listing broker. The property comprises a 1.0-acre I-1 zoned industrial yard with a 12,780 SF two-storey warehouse constructed in 1975. Interested parties are invited to review the property brochure for more details.
On July 21, 2026, the Receiver entered into an agreement of purchase and sale in respect to the Property for $4,150,000.
On September 3, 2026, the Receiver filed a Notice of Application seeking a Sale and Vesting Order approving the transaction. The application was heard on September 17, 2026 at 9:45am (PST) at the courthouse located at 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, BC, V6Z 2E1. Copies of the application materials are available below.
At the hearing, following the submission of new bids, the Court approved the sale transaction contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated September 17, 2026, between the Receiver and 1586115 B.C. Ltd. for the purchase of the Property for $4,410,000.
