On July 31, 2026, Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all the assets, undertakings, property of Gamalo Holdings Ltd. ("Gamalo"), acquired for, or used in relation to the business caried on by Gamalo, including all rents and proceeds, such as those arising from 1258 Yates Street, Victoria, British Columbia (the “Property”) pursuant to the Receivership Order.
Gamalo was the owner and operator of the residential rental property located at 1258 Yates Street, Victoria, British Columbia. The Property consists of a three-storey residential rental building containing approximately 20 rental units, together with an exterior parking area.
