Overview

On March 11, 2026,  Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver") without security, of all the assets, undertakings, and property of Five Star Charters Ltd. (the “Company”). The Company provided whale watching tours out of Victoria, British Columbia.

The Receiver is currently soliciting offers to:

• purchase the Company’s assets, majority of which include the Company’s two passenger vessels, Kuluta and SuperCat (collectively, the “Vessels”);
• purchase the business operations; or
• submit a proposal to act as broker or sales agent in respect of the Vessels.
