Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. was appointed by the Court as Receiver (the "Receiver") of Anvil Ironworks Ltd. and R4000 Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”) on July 18, 2025. The Companies operated out of Kamloops, BC, as full-service steel fabricators.

The Receiver is currently offering for sale the property located at 9795 Wittner Road, Kamloops, B.C., Canada, in accordance with the Receivership Order, with NAI Commercial acting as the listing broker. The property comprises a 4.472-acre I-2 zoned industrial yard featuring a 23,157 sq. ft. warehouse constructed in 1999. On February 2, 2026, the Receiver entered into an agreement of purchase and sale in respect to the Property for $5,000,000.
On February 18, 2026 the Receiver filed a Notice of Application seeking a Sale and Vesting Order approving the transaction . The application will be heard on March 3, 2026 at 9:45am (PST) at the courthouse located at 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, BC, V6Z 2E1. Copies of the application materials are available below.
On March 3, 2026, the Sale and Vesting Order was approved by Supreme Court of British Columbia.
On or around June 16, 2026, the Receiver made an Application to Court seeking, among other things, approval of the proposed payout to National Bank of the net proceeds from the estate, approving the fees and disbursements of the Receiver and its legal counsel, and seeking the Receiver’s discharge.
