On April 16, 2026, Addy Technology Corp. (“Addy”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act R.S.C., 1985, c. B-3 (“BIA”) and Crowe MacKay & Company consented to act as Licensed Insolvency Trustee under the Proposal.
As part of a Court-approved restructuring process, certain debts and obligations of Addy have now been vested in a newly formed entity, 1591725 B.C. Ltd. (“159Co”). This transfer was executed under a Reverse Vesting Order ("RVO"), granted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on April 29, 2026. The RVO authorized 159Co to make an assignment in bankruptcy. Accordingly, 159Co filed an assignment into bankruptcy naming Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. (the “Trustee”) as its Licensed Insolvency Trustee on June 15, 2026.
