Adam Krastel, CPA
Adam joined Crowe in November 2025, bringing with him 10 years of public practice experience. Primarily working with owner managed businesses to provide assurance, accounting, and taxation services. Adam believes in a personal approach and building strong relationships with clients.
Outside the office, Adam enjoys life on the rink, time on the green, and a wide range of outdoor activities. He also enjoys visiting Vancouver Island where he was born and raised.

Andrew McGuinness, CPA, CBV
With over 10 years of professional experience in both public accounting and private enterprises, Andrew brings extensive experience in business modeling, private equity, venture capital valuation support, and financial reporting valuation support.
With a passion for continuous learning, he finds the public accounting industry particularly rewarding, offering unique opportunities to expand his knowledge base and adapt to new challenges.
During his free time, Andrew can be found spending time with family, biking or hitting the green for a round of golf.

With more than 15 years of experience with Crowe, Cathy has a wealth of knowledge in regards to both advisory services and fractional CFO. In line with Crowes forward-thinking approach, she contributes to the future of the accounting industry by embracing innovation, continuous learning, and a mindset centered around adaptability.

Kaiden McIntyre, CPA
Joining Crowe in 2016, Kaiden brings a strong knowledge of tax strategy and compliance for both individuals and corporations. Having family members who are partners in the accounting field has provided him with great insight into the entrepreneurial aspects of being a partner.Focused on a high standard of client service, he hopes to instill this perspective in his team members while providing a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
