Pejman Mahlooji

Specializing in audits of large public companies, Pejman (Pej) applies his many years of experience to ensure a smooth audit process while collaborating with both management and other auditors globally. He has the ability to perform practical audits while ensuring quality and regulatory requirements are achieved. He places a high priority on client communication and ensures that client filling timelines are met. 

Pej has many years of experience serving complex and fully integrated public companies with offices and operations around the world. He has extensive experience assisting clients in areas such as Canadian and US/SEC securities filings, complex accounting transactions, and public financing. Pej is also a member of Crowe Global’s Audit Quality Committee. He has extensive knowledge and experience serving clients in the mining, telecommunications, technology and manufacturing industries.  This experience allows him to contribute his knowledge and experience to make the audit process less intrusive for clients.
