Brian Sanders

Brian is a full‑time tax practitioner who provides taxation services to privately held businesses and other organizations. His client work includes the preparation of corporate and personal income tax returns, income tax planning—including income splitting—tax‑deferred asset sales, and advisory support related to the purchase and sale of businesses. He also assists clients with scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED) expenditure tax claims.

Brian’s areas of expertise include corporate reorganizations and tax planning for owner‑managed businesses, personal and estate tax planning, and advisory services related to both federal and provincial sales tax matters. Committed to ongoing professional development, Brian regularly attends and co‑presents tax courses to share knowledge and best practices.
