Patrick joined Crowe BGK as an Advisory partner in 2024. With over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Patrick has built a distinguished career encompassing significant restructuring and insolvency projects, major mergers and acquisitions, and financing initiatives across diverse industries such as retail, real estate, and healthcare. He has held leadership positions, including over a decade as vice-president at top accounting firms like KPMG, Richter, and RCGT, following his tenure as an investment banker at Desjardins Securities.

Throughout his career, Patrick has successfully led various restructuring mandates, developed and reviewed financial models, and analyzed lenders' security positions. His expertise extends to bankruptcy and insolvency filings, including Notices of Intention and CCAA proceedings, where he prepares court reports and testifies as needed. Patrick's role often involves assisting debtors in preparing proposals to creditors and participating in meetings and court hearings, demonstrating his commitment to close collaboration with financial institutions and management teams.

A hands-on manager, Patrick excels at juggling multiple complex projects under tight deadlines while fostering a strong team environment. His remarkable organizational skills, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail have earned him praise from partners throughout his career. As a licensed Insolvency Trustee, he plays a crucial role as a Court officer in restructuring proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, ensuring that his work maintains the highest standards of credibility and operational excellence.

Patrick is committed to continuing professional education, regularly attending industry training sessions and seminars to stay informed on evolving legal frameworks and jurisprudence. His impact extends beyond his professional achievements; he has served on the board of the Turnaround Management Association and has been actively involved in the M&A Club since its inception in 2010, even judging the annual M&A Awards. In addition, he participates in community fundraisers and engages with the Montreal Jewish community, contributing his time and expertise to various initiatives.
