Steven Strammello

Steven Strammello is the chief executive officer of Crowe Advisory LLC. Crowe provides professional services through two separate entities: Crowe LLP delivers audit and attest services, and Crowe Advisory LLC provides tax, advisory, consulting, and other nonattest services. Steve is a partner at Crowe Advisory LLC and a proven global business leader with more than 30 years of experience serving clients.

Steve has held several executive leadership positions over his 30-plus years with Crowe. Immediately prior to being appointed CEO, he served as global markets leader for Crowe, responsible for growing revenue in international markets and working collaboratively with Crowe Global member firms around the world. From 2019 to 2024, Steve served as chief risk officer, where he was responsible for strategic risk management processes, including oversight of the general counsel office, accounting professional practice, information security and privacy function, and other risk and compliance programs. From 2010 to 2019, Streve served as the managing partner of the Crowe risk consulting business unit, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business unit, leading and inspiring more than 1,000 risk professionals globally, and assisting clients in maturing their risk management processes to become more honest, transparent, safe, and secure.

Steve is currently a board member of Crowe Global, one of the largest global accounting networks in the world. The network consists of more 300 independent accounting and advisory services firms in more than 150 countries around the globe.
