He has deep specialization in performance improvement services within the manufacturing, distribution, and field services industries.  Stephen is adept at designing, developing, and rolling out full-scope performance improvement programs designed to optimize day-to-day operations to align with overarching financial organizational goals. He has helped large, international teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and generate bottom-line EBITDA and balance sheet savings.
