Ryan Silvino is a principal in the advisory performance improvement group at Crowe, where he works with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams to drive value creation before and after close. He helps sponsors translate investment theses into actionable operating plans that improve EBITDA, cash flow, margin performance, and scalability.

Ryan’s work focuses on identifying and quantifying value creation opportunities, prioritizing the initiatives with the greatest financial impact, and helping management teams execute against a clear performance agenda. He partners with portfolio company leadership to establish the governance, KPIs, and accountability needed to accelerate results and sustain performance over time. His experience spans value creation planning, post-close execution, pricing and margin improvement, cost and productivity optimization, working capital improvement, synergy capture, and operational due diligence.
