Ryan Silvino is a principal in the advisory performance improvement group at Crowe, where he works with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams to design and execute value creation initiatives across the investment life cycle.

Ryan helps sponsors and management teams translate investment theses into executable value creation plans that improve EBITDA, cash flow, margin performance, and scalability. He focuses on identifying and quantifying value creation opportunities, prioritizing the initiatives with the greatest financial impact, and helping portfolio company leadership teams build the operating cadence, KPIs, and accountability needed to deliver results.
