Ron Melcher is a principal in the Crowe performance consulting group and provides advisory services to manufacturing organizations. Since 1998, he has led a consulting practice focused on helping to improve profitability for middle-market to Fortune 1000 clients worldwide.
Ron has helped publicly and privately held companies execute operational and performance management strategies. He has also managed numerous strategic and private equity merger and acquisition engagements. In addition to working with manufacturing clients, Ron works with companies in a variety of service industries, including healthcare and restaurant operations.
Prior to his career in consulting, Ron was a business litigation partner in an Atlanta-based law firm.
