Pam Hrubey serves as the chief compliance & privacy officer at Crowe. Specializing in privacy and data protection strategy and operations, Pam oversees the privacy team, collaborating extensively with firmwide leadership and industry-focused leaders to appropriately protect client and employee personal information while achieving outstanding business results. Prior to joining Crowe, Pam held a variety of senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry where she designed and implemented enterprise risk management, established an operational model for global ethics and compliance, globalized the privacy and data protection function, and led clinical data management.

Pam is a certified corporate compliance and ethics professional, a certified information privacy professional (E/US), a certified change management practitioner, a fellow of information privacy, and she holds a doctorate in public health with a focus on advocacy and leadership.
