Mike Lux is a partner with Crowe LLP in the advisory services group specializing in transaction services.

Mike has more than 20 years of experience providing transaction, audit, financial advisory services to clients in a wide variety of industries. He assists private equity groups and multinational corporate clients with:

• Due diligence
• Deal structuring 
• Business valuations
• Purchase price allocation

Mike has conducted audits for clients in the manufacturing, contracting, fashion, and banking sectors.  

Mike began his career in the Crowe assurance services group and while on assignment at a Crowe International affiliate in Germany, he performed audits for clients publicly traded on the London and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges. Mike also led the firm’s transaction services group for six years.
