Michael G. Lux

Michael Lux is the chief financial officer of Crowe Advisory LLC. Crowe provides professional services through two separate entities: Crowe LLP delivers audit and attest services, and Crowe Advisory LLC provides tax, advisory, consulting, and other nonattest services. In his role, Michael is responsible for financial strategy and operations to support rapid growth and long-term success. Lux's responsibilities include annual budgeting and multiyear financial planning, reviewing business performance and KPI-driven analyses, and maintaining effective financial reporting, accounting, and controls.

Most recently, Michael served as a partner and leader in the Crowe transaction services group, where he provided services related to due diligence, deal structuring, financial statement forecasts and projections, and business valuation to clients across a variety of industries. He began his career at Crowe in the audit and assurance group.
