Lisa M. Voeller

Lisa Voeller is a principal in the Crowe LLP performance consulting services group and her specialty is working with public sector organizations.

Lisa has nearly 30 years of management consulting experience assisting large government clients implement technology in the areas of:

• Enterprise resource planning
• Customer relationship management
• eProcurement
• eGovernment

She also has extensive expertise in dealing with human resource matters, including compensation, labor relationships, and classification analysis. Lisa has worked with many of the State of California’s largest, complex systems, related agencies, and oversight vendors.

Prior to joining Crowe, Lisa was the founder, principal, and president of several government management consulting firms. She was also a consultant with Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting.
