Leslie Yates is a partner in audit and assurance for Crowe LLP and a partner of Crowe Advisory LLC. She is also the office managing partner for the Crowe office in South Bend. With more than 15 years of experience, Leslie specializes in financial services audit and serves both private and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) clients. Her experience includes SEC filings, SOX 404 and FDIC Improvement Act compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and Uniform Single Attestation Program, Housing and Urban Development, Ginnie Mae, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems compliance.
