JooHee Ohk is a partner in tax at Crowe Advisory LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in tax services. She is the tax lead of the technology, media, and telecommunications industry group and assists clients in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, entertainment, publishing, utilities, healthcare, and private equity. JooHee specializes in income tax planning, research, and compliance review for partnerships and C corporations. In addition, she has deep experience in reviews of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and assisting clients with IRS and state tax audits.
Prior to joining Crowe Advisory LLC, JooHee worked with a Fortune 100 public company where she was primarily responsible for income tax accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls. In addition, eight years of her career were spent at KPMG and EY.
