Jon Klunk is a Crowe partner with tax services who focuses on assisting private equity groups ranging in size from $50 million to over $9 billion of capital under management. He has been the tax lead on numerous transactions and has been an income tax compliance adviser for several portfolio companies.

With more than 15 years in public accounting, Jon provides deep technical expertise in corporate and partnership taxation. Jon has particular experience in entity structuring and restructuring, acquisition and formation, reorganizations, recapitalization, divestiture, and other liquidity/realization event consultation.
