John Kurkowski

John Kurkowski is the chief executive officer of Crowe LLP and a partner at Crowe Advisory LLC.

John has more than 25 years of experience conducting audits and reviews and providing financial advisory services to privately held and publicly traded clients in manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. He has extensive experience:

• Performing due diligence services for both strategic and financial buyers
• Advising on post-merger integration issues
• Completing business process controls reviews
• Consulting on purchase price disputes
• Applying complex accounting standards regarding revenue recognition, business combinations, and income taxes
• Assisting in the preparation of Securities and Exchange Commission registration statement filings

Prior to joining Crowe, John was a partner at Arthur Andersen, where he served clients in the consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries.
