John Epperson is the managing principal of Crowe Studio, the firm’s venture-style business unit focused on building AI-enabled, outcome-driven, and globally scalable service models. He leads the strategy, operating model, and execution of new offerings designed to move the firm beyond traditional, hour-based delivery and toward repeatable, platform-ready solutions.

Previously, John has served as the Crowe chief risk officer and led the firm’s financial services group, helping organizations modernize operations while navigating regulatory and compliance complexity. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings a disciplined, execution-first approach to transformation, balancing speed, trust, and measurable results.
