Jay Sutton

Jay Sutton is a principal with Crowe in the consulting group. He leads the healthcare finance and reimbursement consulting services group and hospital and serves a diverse range of clients, including health systems, long-term care facilities, and physician practices. Jay has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience in:

• Financial analysis and projections
• Financial process improvements
• Decision support and analytics
• Net revenue budgeting and reporting
• Planning
• Wage index and occupational mix calculations

Jay was instrumental in the development of the Crowe Wage Index Navigator and Crowe Physician Links solutions, and has worked extensively on client projects to develop and implement centralized net revenue budgeting functionality using the Crowe Revenue Cycle Analytics solution. Prior to joining Crowe, Jay worked for several large health systems in business development and data analysis, as well as at EY.
