With nearly 25 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to multistate and international businesses, Greg specializes in assisting food and commodity, manufacturing, and distribution companies with strategies to help minimize overall tax burden. He also works with clients to plan and structure acquisitions, divestitures, and ownership transitions.
Greg is actively involved in the Home of Innocents as a board member and finance and new business committee member.
