Glenn Richards is a partner with Crowe LLP in the audit and assurance services group. He has more than 15 years of experience working with companies reporting under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards in the manufacturing and distribution, construction, contracting, and service industries.

Glenn works with private and public companies and both centralized and decentralized organizations with operations throughout the world. He specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley Act section 404 compliance projects, including work with clients on their initial conformity to Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 rules, and audits of internal control over financial reporting.
