Bryan Lorello

Bryan Lorello is a partner in audit & assurance for Crowe LLP and a partner for Crowe Advisory LLC. He is also office managing partner of the Crowe office in Austin. Bryan leads the technology, media, and telecommunications group, specializing in software revenue recognition, business combinations, and equity compensation accounting. Bryan has more than 20 years of experience providing audit services and has successfully assisted companies through equity transactions, including sales to private equity firms, strategic exits, private and public debt/equity offerings, and initial public offerings.
