He specializes in software revenue recognition, business combinations, and equity compensation accounting. Bryan has more than 20 years of experience providing audit services and has successfully assisted companies through equity transactions, including sales to private equity firms, strategic exits, private and public debt/equity offerings, and initial public offerings.
