Bart Kelly is a principal in the Crowe advisory services group and specializes in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Bart focuses on helping clients drive operational and business performance improvements in the areas of productivity, lead-time, and quality. He has worked with clients with operations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, ranging in size from $10 million to $20 billion in revenues.  

Bart has more than 15 years of experience and provides services in the areas of:

• Post integration optimization
• Best practice implementation   

Additionally, Bart has led projects focused on quoting and estimating improvement, demand planning, engineering statistical inventory management, finite planning and scheduling, back office productivity, and shared services.
