Barry Freeman

Barry Freeman is a principal in the Crowe LLP international tax services group and leads the firm’s national transfer pricing service delivery team providing services related to:

• Domestic and international income tax requirements
• Penalty protection provisions
• Transfer pricing for future transactions
• Audit defense economic studies
• Advanced pricing agreement negotiations  

Barry has extensive experience in structuring, developing, and implementing transfer pricing solutions. For more than 20 years, Barry has focused on the economics of multi-jurisdictional (global and multi-state) intercompany pricing.  

Before joining Crowe, Barry was a founding member and national managing partner of the Andersen Tax transfer pricing practice.  He was also a practice leader for economic tax issues related to the telecommunications industry and a senior manager with the PWC national tax services group.
