Alena has more than 10 years of experience in HR, payroll and education management. In her previous job, she managed a team with more than 40 employees and is currently a country manager for Crowe in Slovakia. Before she worked with us as a payroll manager, she managed a team of HR professionals and payroll service providers for over 45 clients. As a country manager, he manages processes and new projects that aim to develop the company. At the same time, it creates new business opportunities and regularly communicates with existing clients. Alena also has experience in teaching management courses and lecturing at international conferences. Her hobbies include sports, dancing, reading books and playing chess.
