Private equity veteran joins Crowe as it expands advisory services in the PE sector
CHICAGO (Jan. 19, 2023) – Crowe LLP has boosted investment in its private equity (PE) service capabilities with the hiring of Doug Knoch as managing director of strategy and corporate development for its advisory business unit. Doug is an experienced investment professional with over 30 years of experience executing and managing private equity investments, providing merger and acquisition advisory services and performing strategic business consulting. He will support the expansion of the firm’s corporate development activities to support the strategic growth of its private equity service offerings and scale of existing solutions.
Doug spent the past 20-plus years originating and managing private equity investments, most recently at Shorehill Capital LLC, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm.
