Crowe Bompani Srl a Socio Unico provides auditing and assurance services to third sector entities, cooperatives and companies subject to MEF supervision and other entities (not CONSOB).

Auditing, beyond legal requirements, is today an important factor in a company's evolution and a tool for navigating an increasingly complex and sophisticated economic and financial landscape. Furthermore, auditing is much more than a guarantee for stakeholders: it is an indicator through which a company can better understand itself, the efficiency of its management, and areas for potential improvement.

The audit approach is based on an understanding of the client's business and its risk profile; this approach enables an audit strategy focused on significant or critical business areas.

The main services consist of:

• Statutory audit pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 39 of January 27, 2010, of financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• Voluntary audit of financial statements, interim and half-yearly financial statements for internal and external information purposes
• Audit of reporting packages
• Limited and focused audits on specific financial statement items (Agreed Upon Procedures)
• Assistance to the Boards of Statutory Auditors in the event that they undertake the statutory audit assignment pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree 27 January 2010, no. 39
• Periodic checks on the proper maintenance of company accounts
• Opinions on the fairness of exchange ratios or issue prices of new shares with the exclusion of pre-emptive rights
• Study and evaluation of the internal control system
• Accounting audits and monitoring of projects financed/incentivised with public funds
• Compliance checks of company procedures and/or behaviors with specific laws, regulations or at the request of supervisory authorities
