In this tool, you can quickly and easily monitor frozen cash and see a summary of conditional results from each dealership’s detail-forward scheduled balance sheet accounts. The Crowe Navigator for dealers platform sorts through your most critical schedules and displays only the results you want based on thresholds you establish. 

Keep a sharp eye on expenses in your dealership

Our platform allows you to sort and view expenses by vendor or by expense category with the ability to drill down to the journal details. For expense categories, you also can benefit from year-over-year and trending views.

Gain visibility into deal details

Get a daily snapshot of each deal booked by finance and insurance (F&I), summarizing key deal data. See F&I and accounting booking dates along with each component of the recorded gross. You also can compare gross profit recorded in F&I and in accounting on a deal-by-deal basis.

Your team can use filters to easily see service and part sales and gross on a daily basis by type, including customer, warranty, and internal pay.

  • Customized organization. Customize to view your entire group, subgroup, or geographic area.
  • Multiple views. Select multiple periods for which to access performance data.
  • Month-end highlights. Get reports that highlight key operational and balance sheet data points on a month-end basis.

  • Daily monitoring. Set and adjust each tab to see the most relevant data and details for detail-forward scheduled balance sheet accounts such as contracts in transit, receivables, and vehicle inventories.
  • Multiple dealership view. Get results for all dealerships, side by side, on a single page, so you can quickly spot areas of strength or weakness.
  • Detailed drill-through. View schedule details for each line item within a visual.
  • Team collaboration. Add comments and choose to notify teammates with an email.

  • Expense tracking and fluctuation identification. Easily view expenses by department and journal source information to quickly see fluctuations with the trending feature.
  • Trend views. Follow expense trends in various ways including quarter over quarter, month over month, and by dealership or category.
  • Expenses assessment. See what percentage of expenses are changing year over year.
  • Vendor payment monitoring. See a list of your vendors and how much you pay them by dealership, as well as how much you’ve paid a vendor over a period of time, so you can note any outliers.
Vehicle Sales dashboard

Product features:

  • Key performance indicator (KPI) tracking. Access new and used vehicle department KPIs such as retail units sold, per-vehicle retail for gross profit, and F&I.
  • Goal tracking. View KPIs and visuals that compare dealership results to established goals.
  • In-progress deals view. Manage deals from F&I to accounting with key data points to address issues as they arise. With the click of a button, you can see which deals are booked by F&I and not recorded in accounting, which can help improve cash flow and alleviate month-end bottlenecks.
  • Various rankings. See rankings by dealership and vehicle models as well as rankings for your salespeople, sales managers, F&I managers, and lending institutions.

  • Various rankings. See rankings for service advisors and technicians by sales, gross, effective labor rate (ELR), hours sold, and repair order (RO) counts by RO type.
  • Multiple trend views. View trends by RO counts, hours per RO, hours sold, and ELR by day.
  • Parts inventory. Analyze and manage detailed data from the parts inventory pad.
  • Labor opcodes. Monitor and analyze labor opcodes by service advisor, technician, dealership, gross percent of sales, or RO type.
Financial operating data analysis with optional peer data

  • Groupwide dealership analyses. See results for all dealerships in a side-by-side format on a single page.
  • Trend views. Select a single dealership for multiple periods, including monthly, quarterly, and year to date, to see trends over time. Plus, view trends by period, dealership, and entity grouping.
