Crowe presents at Hospitality Expo 2024

Weldon Mather, Director of Hotel, Tourism & Leisure at Crowe Ireland, recently presented during the Hospitality Expo 2024 event held at the RDS in Dublin.

Hospitality Expo 2024 is the largest gathering of Irish hospitality professionals, combining industry innovators and leaders to connect and inspire. The event features industry insight from experts, a meet and greet with suppliers, consultants, and producers, and an expo floor filled with the latest innovations driving the hospitality sector.

During Weldon's presentation, he mapped Irish hotel finance performance post-pandemic and deep-dived into the implications of increased business costs on development within the sector. The presentation included a sectoral overview of Dublin and regional areas, including room occupancy, average room rate and total revenue and operating costs post-pandemic.
