In this video interview Naoise Cosgrove talks about Crowe’s culture what makes the firm different. Naoise outlines that, as a people-based organisation, it’s the strength of our people that makes Crowe a success. He outlines how the firm tries to build its leadership team from within the practice. In fact, many of the current partners joined the practice as trainees and have developed their career with the firm.

Naoise discusses how as a firm we focus on giving back to the local community in which we’re based through our staff-led CSR programme. One initiative that the firm is very proud of is our association with UCD Rugby club. By being club sponsor since 2013, we are able to support the training and development of their talent closely aligns with our firm’s ethos.
