Corporate finance senior manager Eimear Grier

We continue our series celebrating our employees and the careers they are building with Crowe, by talking to staff about what it is like to work with our firm.

In this video interview Eimear Grier talks about the variety of work she gets in the corporate finance department and the importance placed on thought leadership and learning and development within the senior team.

Eimear talks about the importance of comradery within the work environment and how she gets to collaborate with other departments on projects. Also that there is a very active social side to Crowe where everyone gets to relax and mingle with each other.

She believes that a person would be a good fit for the firm if they are driven, ambitious and hardworking., but that it’s all about the right attitude – if you’ve got that then you will fit right in.
